· THE CRAFT

Three paths, one road

We don't do everything for everyone. We do well what you asked us to do. These are the three starting points.

0101 · CONVERSION

From a bare van to home on wheels

The project starts with a conversation. What do you want from the van? Two people on a weekend — or four on a month-long trip? Remote work — or just sleeping and waking up somewhere else? The van follows you; not the other way around.

After the conversation, we sketch the layout and the quote. When we agree, the work begins: thermal and acoustic insulation, 12V + solar electrical system, clean + grey water, custom-built wood furniture, upholstery, kitchen, lighting, extra windows, pop-top if the plan calls for it.

We test everything before handover. You leave with the van ready, with an on-board manual, and with the workshop on call for the first year — because small adjustments only appear when the road starts.

0202 · ELECTRICAL & ENERGY

Say goodbye to the factory setup

Caravans leave the factory with basic electrical systems: lead-acid batteries with low capacity, no smart charge management, no solar. We do the full upgrade to lithium + solar — more range, more safety, less maintenance.

We replace conventional batteries with LiFePO4 cells with an integrated BMS — twice the usable capacity at the same weight. We install solar panels sized to your real consumption: fridge, lighting, chargers, heating. All connected to an MPPT controller and a battery monitor so you always know what you have available.

We work in partnership with NP Power to ensure certified quality batteries. Every installation is documented with an electrical schematic and tested before handover. The system is ready to grow — adding panels or extra battery capacity in the future is straightforward.

0302 · MAINTENANCE

Motorhomes that come back to the road

If you already own a motorhome, you probably know: it's the weak link that takes the pleasure out of the trip. A dripping valve, an inverter that drops under load, a fridge that only chills if it's not too hot — small things that ruin great roads.

We do full service by appointment: water system, gas, electrics, upholstery, seals, pumps, solar panels, batteries. Diagnosis before touching anything, clear quote, documented work.

If your motorhome is imported or rare, we ask for the manual and research before. We'd rather wait a day for the right part than improvise with what's at hand.

0403 · RAPTOR COATING

Protection that outlasts the van

The road is hard on the bodywork. Alentejo dust and Atlantic salt do the rest. Raptor coating is the durable answer: textured polyurethane finish, originally used in pick-up bed liners, that stands up to years of off-road without losing its look.

We apply Raptor on full panels or specific areas (fronts, sides, roof). The colour can be black, gunmetal, military green, or custom. Body preparation and primer included — we never paint over rust or old finish.

It works on any van — classic VW to modern Sprinter. It's an investment that pays back in every road that follows.
